the staff was amazingly kind , especially juliette , who accommodated me when i was sick. the location is perfect , only five minutes from the central attractions. the room was super clean and well-appointed , with comfortable bedding.
i stayed one night and there was no room service available late in the evening. i found this inconvenient after a long day of travel. it would be better to have this service available at all times.

i was disappointed to discover the absence of evening dining options one night. i had anticipated being able to dine at the hotel after a long day. instead i had to find alternatives a little further away. the television remote was also not working properly the buttons were unresponsive i had to manually change the channels

amazing location and service!
perfect locationsuper friendly staffearly checkrenovated room
the location is perfect i could walk everywhere easily! the staff was super helpful and friendly even with an early check in at 8am they quickly gave me a room. i also got free public transport tickets for two days from the reception desk. the room itself was super clean and recently renovated.
i wish the hotel restaurant offered meals on sunday evenings it was a bit inconvenient when i arrived and needed to find an alternative so late
